Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated E-commerce Customer Service professional to join their client's team in Vista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service interactions on various platforms, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Check Amazon Seller Central Main Page
    • Check for Buyer messages & respond ASAP
    • Check for new Seller Reviews
    • Check Feedback Five for Product Reviews
    • Respond to new product reviews on Seller Central
    • Check for new Return Requests
    • Check Amazon Stock
    • Download Amazon FBA Fulfillment & Enter Orders for Billing
  • Check Wateranywhere Main Page
    • Check Wateranywhere Inbox
    • Check Wateranywhere voice mail line
    • Enter & Print Webstore Orders
    • Check Backorder Report Daily
    • Login to Smartsupp Chat Software
  • Stay abreast of all changes to the Amazon platform and Amazon-related software and tools.
  • Manage backorders, returns, and basic customer queries.
  • Forward technical questions and provide reply answers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to all reviews and order issues.

Requirements

  • Education requirement is a Marketing Degree.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.
